Doodle Diva accepts online payment through PayPal. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Doodle Diva holds itself to the highest standards of quality, therefore, we expect that you will be fully satisfied with your order. However, if for some reason you are not completely happy with your artwork, please call or email the studio. All returns must be approved through Doodle Diva prior to reshipment. Claims for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item must be made within 5 business days of receipt if we are to accept responsibility of replacement. We will always be happy to exchange that item for another if you wish (minus shipping costs). All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We ask you to insure your returned item to protect it against further damage or loss upon shipping. Please fill out the Personalized Item box carefully. We ask that you double check spelling and order of initial placement so that no mistakes are made. We cannot be responsible for any mis-typed words or names. Doodle Diva will gladly re-do the order at our expense if an error is made on our part. Due to the hand-made nature of some of Doodle Diva's products, and variances in computer monitor displays, shape, design, and color may slightly vary. Special orders and Custom Work cannot be returned. LEAD TIME:
Since all of my pieces are painted upon request, I ask that you allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. This may vary around the holiday season. If you have a special situation that requires less than 2 weeks for completion and delivery, I ask that you e-mail or call to see what projects are ahead of yours. I am happy to do RUSH ORDERS for a special fee which will be determined by the size or canvas and time frame needed. SHIPPING:
Lead time on most orders is 2 weeks, however, single orders sometimes take less time. Our main shipping is provided by Fed Ex Ground, however, due to time constraints, etc. we will use UPS Ground as well. Doodle Diva provides shipping to the continental U.S. as well as Alaska and Hawaii for additional shipping charges. If there are ever any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us via e-mail or phone and we will be happy to speak with you. Doodle Diva packages most items for shipping at the studio. Your order will be wrapped with tissue and ribbon to make gift giving easy once un-boxed. ABOUT YOUR ART:
When viewing artwork sizing and colors on a computer monitor, the shape and design may vary slightly. We ask that 'when in doubt', ask us. We will be more than happy to guide you through color dilemas, or customize colors specifically to match paint, bedding, etc. We pride ourselves on great customer service, so...use us!!!!! Any time there is a question about size of art, or what would work best over a crib, etc. we can give you several size options to fit your budget. Want to change a hairstyle or color on a piece? Just ask. We want to give you the best product we can.I paint with gallery wrapped canvas. This means the canvas stretches around the wood to provide a frameless edge. Simply put...all sides get painted. You never need a frame. The majority of my canvas edges are 1 3/8" thick. There are only a couple of exceptions such as the oval canvases. I paint using non-toxic acrylic paint and coat with varnish to provide durability. I do not provide sawtooth hangers. I have found that people have their own preferred way of hanging art and they vary, so, that I leave up to you. I do suggest that the larger works are compatible with weight requirements to provide extra stability. CUSTOM:
Custom art is a major part of the orders received at Doodle Diva. For example: someone calls in need of a last minute shower gift. You can tell me colors used in the nursery and your budget, and I can take it from there. If there is a special bedding set or furniture to match, we pride ourselves in giving you that something special that not everyone has. It's unique. It's one-of-a-kind. And isn't that what we all want? Art is such an expression in a home. Especially in a child's environment. It's fun to capture their playful nature with their favorite colors, or just capture a moment in time when your daughter wanted nothing but pink princesses in her room!
